Join us October 5th for Composer-Librettist “Speed Dating”

Overtone Industries is excited to host our first-ever Composer-Librettist “Speed Dating” event—created to connect emerging composers and writers in Los Angeles.

This event is the starting point for Original Vision, Overtone’s annual development program that helps early-to-mid-career composer-librettist teams create and workshop original works of opera-theater.

Over the years, we’ve heard from composers and librettists who are interested in applying for Original Vision, but haven’t yet found the right collaborators. We decided to help bridge that gap with a fun, daytime mixer that will include performances, surprises, and plenty of time to network.

Applications are due September 10th! Composers can apply here and librettists can apply here. We are so excited to get to know you and your work!
