Executive Director

Fahad Siadat is an advocate of innovative and adventurous musical storytelling and works as a performer, composer, musical director, and arts entrepreneur and administrator. He has a reputation as a dynamic and engaging speaker and has presented on such topics as Innovative Trends for Choral Ensembles (ACDA), Collective Models for Choirs (Chorus America), Self vs. Traditional Publishing and Conductors Who Compose (ACDA), and Tech Tools for Choirs and a panel on The Commissioning Process (New York Choral Consortium). He has also sat on grant panels for the NY Department of Cultural Affairs, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, and ArtsPlace America. in addition to his work with Overtone Industries, he is a founding member of the Contemporary Choral Collective of Los Angeles and a board member of C4: The Choral Composer/Conductor Collective in New York. Production Manager

Michelle Magaldi has collaborated with Overtone Industries since 2000, presenting the groundbreaking Songs and Dances of Imaginary Lands, as well as The Woman in the Wall, and the Spontaneous Combustion Choir World Tour of Los Angeles. As Production and Technical Manager for LA Opera, Michelle produces chamber operas, concerts, live fils mores, and simulcasts across the city. She is the co-founder of Vibrant Production Management, a company that provides comprehensive production services to create vivid theatrical experiences.
